As a fitness instructor and sports performance coach in Taiwan, I have been asked universally by many individuals what "style" of coach I will be.

Since they know that I've got a background in a few sports. I have done some powerlifting, few of Olympic weightlifting, sprints and as well some middle distance running in my time in the military. The answer turn up useful info so easy. I would say that Freezing aim for a style that gets results.
