Yoga in Practice: Train Your Mind for Empowerment, Part 3

Sometimes, the pause on time, between intention that will create action, is service provider for Yoga information. This gives you time to rationally focus because of the intention. This is why you train your brain to react straight to situations with healthier solutions. There will be situations typically control over the way it is, and this it's time when a trained mind has an advantage.
