Mind Freedom Exercise: Mind-Field

Mind-field

Our minds behave as drunken monkeys, flitting from one thought to the next. When you want to concentrate on an item but notice you will find yourself drifting off to look at something else, use this technique to learn how to stay focused. It can benefit your thought substitute for become quiet, so that your train of planning slows and concentrates. You can steer clear of the world, step outside of time and a location, and yet continue being fully aware covering the now moment.

Steps:



Catch your mind wandering off-topic.
