A Champion Runner Tells How Yoga Makes Her Stronger and Faster

My belief that everyone can usually benefit from yoga is continually confirmed on the runners who consistantly attend my day yoga classes. They first is with tight hamstrings, stiff and sore knees and harsh hips, unable to the touch their toes. A few knees are still sore just for the dedicated runners, alright I see visible difference in their flexibility, take a break and strength. I've asked one or two runners, Kathy Martin, to express her yoga push.
