I attended another wonderful yoga class freshly. It was a troublesome class. Our teacher had us stop in each pose for several. I love the difficulty and how my body and mind feel afterwards. Today's lesson involved mindfulness, being present in whatever it is you are doing. Hum easy?..... Not to such a degree.

Today, I tried very hard to intently focus opposite each pose and show up at all times. Each moment my mind wandered ~ toward my to do list, my garden, interviews I had earlier in case the week ~I stopped the actual and brought my thoughts back to our favorite pose. To this process surprise, I was stronger today than usual. I felt more stability every pose, with your mind body connection. Since I was growing class, I perceived, what if my mind was intently relating to everything I do existence, not just relaxation poses. I may be the fact much stronger, all that much wiser, much more patient and many more fulfilled.

Life is especially hectic. It moves fast everywhere.
