Yoga is a gorgeous relief from feelings of tension, but anxiety is assigned to life; and we have now more anxiety compared to those. No matter how long you practice Introspection, you are to be human. You are bound to feel feelings for the frustration, angst, stress, and anxiety.
Most you think that Yoga practice will make these negative remembrances disappear, but that is not entirely true. Some people feel that Yoga will let you throw negative becoming into separate spaces, but that is not true either.
