What is Santosha and exactly how can it revitalize your health? Santosha 's a moral observance (Niyama). Santosha rather means contentment or happiness. Yet, this is much more than a "Don't worry, be happy" procedure.

How often does someone consider exercise, or even diet, to are eligible major factors, when they consider your their physical health? If you comply with any commercial on the tv or radio, you will guardedness they address exercise and diet, almost exclusively. Physicians always mention exercise and diet as part of a preventative health school.
