Is Yoga the Magical Cure For Bad Posture?

As I watched the actual glass windows at the gym I saw the one solution some would label impossible poses. I am not a flexible person by nature and at that moment I was no longer that strong physically one or the other. Still, I was very interested in yoga, but like a little intimidated about trying something that seemed, to me, to not fit a person that was weak as well as inflexible.
